Food
Hilton House Hotel in Derbyshire close to Burton on Trent in Staffordshire is a poplular venue for regular society functions and frequented by the Hilton and Etwall Rotary and Derby Probus who all come for the food and quality of service that we pride ourselves in.
The hotel is proud to display the 4 stars awarded by Derbyshire Council for its compliance to Food Hygiene.
Our traditional English Menu is available Monday – Friday lunch and evening either in the bar or lounge dining area or subject to availability the Cedar Suite & Function Room. (Saturday evening by prior arrangement due to popularity as a function venue)
On Sunday lunchtimes we offer our popular Carvery in the restaurant or available in the bar if you wish. On offer is Roast Derbyshire Sirloin of Beef, Roast Loin of Pork, Roast Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon plus a Salmon dish and maybe a Steak & Ale Pie all available with the usual Yorkshire Puddings, Roast and Boiled Potatoes and at least 5 vegetables. Starters and desserts are also available to accompany your meal.
As well as our regular menu below there are always daily specials on offer.
Please note due to the popularity of the hotel as a wedding venue, we are unable to offer a food service on any of the Saturdays in August.
Unfortunately, we are also unable to offer food on Friday 27th August again due to a wedding, apologises for any inconvenience.
