Food
Hilton House Hotel in Derbyshire close to Burton on Trent in Staffordshire is a poplular venue for regular society functions and frequented by the Hilton and Etwall Rotary and Derby Probus who all come for the food and quality of service that we pride ourselves in.

Our traditional English Menu is available Monday – Friday lunch and evening either in the bar or lounge dining area or subject to availability the Cedar Suite. (Saturday evening by prior arrangement due to popularity as a function venue)
On Sunday lunchtimes we offer our popular Carvery in the restaurant or available in the bar if you wish. On offer is Roast Topside of Beef, Roast Loin of Pork, Roast Chicken Breast wrapped in Bacon plus a Salmon dish and maybe a Steak & Ale Pie all available with the usual Yorkshire Puddings, Roast and Boiled Potatoes and vegetables. Starters and desserts are also available to accompany your meal.
All of our joints are sourced from a family butcher in Uttoxeter who supplies his own Staffordshire bred animals.
