Conveniently close to both the A50 and A38, we are a hotel in Burton or Derby, given how close we are to both.

We are a family run hotel with public bar selling 4 real ales at a time and bar food fit for a bistro.

All of our rooms have a homely feel, they may not be the biggest but we have tried to fill them with the things you need for an over-night stay.

Everytime you stay in our hotel we want you to feel like you must come back.

Owners Zoe and Colin and their staff try their best to make your visit to the hotel a pleasurable one, whether its just for a drink, a meal or an extended stay. Have the experience you want, you can have friendly conversation with our regulars and the staff and be more than somebody passing through or do you want a quiet moment between the two of you, you can have either, the choice is yours.

Hilton House Hotel and Civil Wedding Venue is close to Derby and Burton on Trent on the Derbyshire & Staffordshire borders, but being at J5 on the A50 which is a perfect link to the M1 and M6 this hotel on the edge of the Peak District and National Forest is a very convenient base for visits to local attractions such as Alton Towers, the National Arboretum at Alrewas, Uttoxeter Race Course and and Donington Race Track in Leicestershire.

Civil or Same Sex Marriage Ceremonies and Receptions, Anniversary meals, Christening Buffets, Funeral Wakes and Society Diners all happen regularly at Hilton House Hotel.
